To continue my thoughts.
The class V permit may not be signed by the Govenor yet, but surely there is little doubt but that it will be in the next few days. This is an example of our management moving out to accomplish goals. Seems to me that that process moved very rapidly and very smouthly. I have little doubt but that management is very busy negotiating contracts through out their permit area for sales of services. Every thing indicates the state is moving to require compliance with environmental regulations for disposal. That being the case, there should be strong demand for csma class V disposal services. I contracts are in the process of being signed, the catalyst is in place to see csma start its movement toward listing. Wouldn't be surprised to see some large blocks move accross the screen in the next few days. What do you think. Thanks.
