Raliegh, I talked with Helen today. She was confident, based on what Nasdaq has told them that the news on listing should be this week. The business plan should be release this weekend to the underwriters. She was very confident about a choice coming soon. She told me there was well in excess of 100k worth of Tempest sold to date, mostly 2-6 units, no big names yet. Quite a few had been sent to ISphone out of Traverse City, Mi. with a letter of intent to buy a lot more. We talked about the big fish and she said it could be tomorrow or several weeks but she was sure it would be soon. I confirmed that we were talking about a corporation that would us the Tempest for their own intranet, like a Firestone or United Airline and she said that was the caliber of possibilities looking at them. off topic..Enzo says he still owes you a dinner.
