Dear Ernie: Thank you but you just did a great job of explaining what the guest book is for,By the way The response to the shareholder letter via the guest book was overwhelming.In the afternoon alone we had over 300 people sign on! This shareholder letter will be the last direct mail piece to our shareholders before the Annual report is sent out.It will be comprehensive and will attempt to bring everyone uptodate as to what is happening in the long distance sector in Europe and with CyberFax and the total amount of contracts they have and with whom ; the problems we initially encountered and overcame and the billable minutes we have and expect to see in the fourth qtr and next year.We will go into detail as to the backbone we are developing and why we consider ourselves the next MCI.We will make new disclosures timed with newsreleases.The shareholder letter will NOT be printed on our Website or over the internet(this will level the playing field) Therefore,I urge anyone and everyone who wants acopy to sign our guestbook.Obviously this letter was timed to make sure certain events had occurred.
