I am no expert on this but I do not believe that ECGOF traded after the announcement. The quote.com chart showing those trades has them marked as "late" ("marked" by being in black). I believe this just means that the time shown is when they were reported, not when they occurred. One other thing which leads me to believe that the real last trade was at 4:00 p.m. is that the total daily volume on quote.com matches that shown on AOL, which has the last trade at 4:00. Again, I am not an expert but I believe that if it really were trading after hours total the volume would have been huge.
