I will check with him and see if it is ok to post his name. I am not comfortable doing so without his permission. His comment was made to me in the context of private correspondence. I debated about even passing it along, but in the sense of fair play felt I should. I will also ask him to post, or pass along thru me, any actual documentation of his comment.

As I have said from the first point that I accepted the duties of co-moderating the SAC list, I can trust no one till I have satisfied myself that he (or she) can be trusted. Even now, almost a year after this all broke open, I am still learning new and significant details.
