Carl,

The two most important items that the Shareholders Group needs is a lawyer willing to take a class action case on full contingency and obtaining a sympathetic politician at the Federal level (senator or Representative) who would be willing to either/and/or hold hearings and/or sponsor and push thru a private bill for compensation for the shareholders scammed without the expected protection of the regulatory agencies, many of whom appear to have had knowledge that could have either prevented the losses or at least stopped the process at a far earlier stage.

I am still searching for a lawyer, and hope to speak to another one tomorrow, however without hard tangible assets to seize and liquidate it's tough getting anyone interested. If you have any contacts or suggestions, contact me at stkguru@netside.net or thru SI posts.
