Lee, I read recently that the courts is considering various aspects of this case in a serial mannr, one after the other, and this was likely to take some time, possibly a month as the wheels are slow down there and they want to slay this dragon one last time. I will see if i can find where i read it and post it. I hunted for it but could not find it. It might have been back on KRY when one person said we expect the answer soon and a response said, they are so slow it could be a month. I will look some more, but i recall it a general postponement of news for at least a month, not a precise month interval at whihc time news issues forth. Bill
