I and many others bought most or all their shares during the class period and have substantial losses on paper or actual from selling.The company certainly has D and O insurance for Mr. Pino and Mr. Greenlaw. It may be that the stock will recover but as Paul K mentions we don't know the situation/facts or the effect on customers etc. So since there are measurable losses and insurance and if their is a good cause of action based on my last post on scienter then one could expect by participating to recover one's losses. Attorney's fees and costs are usually added to the recovery by the Court. Rich
