Peacelover, a few months ago Maria reported that she had it from good sources that Nortel or Lucent, I forget which, had purchased Ascend for $35/sh. Proved to be totally false, and there never was a retraction or anything. She's like the rest of these tabloid reporters.
There is speculation running rampant about a warning coming from CPQ. These are just wild ass guesses, mostly coming from shorts. Who knows, they could be right. As of now though, like I said, just wild ass guesses.
