I can answer part of that.
PDG is getting very tired of screwing around with this crap and they want to show Ven. what it would be like if they and every other major pulled out because their current claims could not be counted on.
What would you do if every piss ant could come at you and threaten your multimillion dollar project?
Whar Asenio sead today will cost them a hell of a lot more in lawsuits than they could ever make shorting this stock, so they must feel pretty secure in saying what they said.
