Should TMSR sustain further shareholder value destruction to the levels you suggest, in all probability TMSR, Cruttenden, Wedbush, Van Kasper et al et ux will be hit with [multiple]? SEC Rule 10b-5 class action law suits. Management was on record in its December [secondary cancellation] news release that they felt TMSR was undervalued...shareholder value has been significantly destroyed since that statement. What is management doing about it? Why hasn't management initiated insider buying? or will their silence [amidst considerable shareholder concern) and the concomitant (desired?) signal to the street drive the stock down so rather than initiate insider buying they can award cheap options? Remember, this management team is not above doing this as they have established a clear precedent with their reprehensible and alleged illegal (ref/non-shareholder, quid pro quo Board approval) insider option repricings two years ago.
