Mr Metals, Some of the statements made are actual false statements.as shown by Gary, and there are others. Making a known false statement about someone publicly is libel, disclaimer or not. However it will be a long road to sue. the best remedy is to get a SH class action hound on asensios back. They will chip away and he must defend at great cost and the class action guy jusy keeps ticking away.
