Personally, I don't like their program. I am a programmer. I know the issues to be considered. Their program is not user friendly. And don't give you error messages. Just error code, which only the developers understand it. Just compare with MetaStock. I had at least 100 crash time with Q+. While only had one or two times crash time with MetaStocks. Anyway, I finally managed to live with it. My major concern is, my data might be corrupted some day. There is no way to reinstall the historical data, since the historical data they shipped to me can only be used within 4 weeks.
