I agree that they have to enter positive territory for any significant rise in stock price. We can pretty much assume that the days when any news causes a stock to rise are well behind us (it was getting ridiculous for a while...) The paragraph ...ability of the Company to continue as a 'going concern'... you might find in other companies filings when they are not showing a profit, so I wouldn't worry more than usual for a small cap stock, unless there are signs of mismanagement. I think that the numbers would look a lot better if they spend less on marketing; but they are at the point where marketing is important.
