JMHO. Analysts make calls based on fundamentals and occasionally on stock price, when the stock is too expensive or too cheap relative to fundamentals. While he may have correctly read the fundamentals he may be mistaken by Intel's stock price resiliency, based on the fact that the stock is cheap relative to its fundamentals. Furthermore, until he issues his upgrade at a point profitable relative to his last downgrade ( when you take into account the tax consequences ) he has not proved anything.
