...it is not saying that...they are using a typw of valuation that assumes certain revenue growth, etc...like in the telcos, they use DCF (dicount cash flow ) model...assuming those parameters are hit/executed, the valuation yields $33..he then takes the devils advocate and cuts it in half--still come up with $16+, a lot north of here...but it assumes execution, and they acknowledge that...if you believe execution, a big leap of faith based on past history/disappointment, but a leap of faith I have made big time with my $$$ based on my homework, this stock is dirt cheap on fundos (with execution) and takeover prospects, with an ongoing backlog for 10+ yrs, and new alliances growing rapidly...
