It's late & I'm very tired, but I did listen to the conference call & would like to quickly report a couple of new things:

Announcements:
-SYSF has 2 new signed contracts (not pilot programs). 1 is with a top 10 OEM, 1 is a "different kind of contract" "maybe a software company".
-Due to the new policy on announcements, "out of respect to customers"
all announcements will be made JOINTLY with the customer "when appropriate with them". (must be why we haven't heard yet)

New Markets (specifically, the corporate mkt):
-SYSF wants to penetrate the "corporate" market (vs. OEM mkt)
-In order to more quickly enter the corporate mkt, SYSF wants to partner with someone else. The benefit is "a very short pay back time"
(I would guess they mean someone like Entex?)

INTC:
-No change in the relationship over the last 3 years, although INTC has been moving "faster than in the past" with working on good marketing programs.

Radish:
-Currently working on a new internet based version of the product.

Law Suit:
-SYSF does have insurance, although mgt. believes that the allegations are without merit.

Overall, I thought that mgt sounded very confident looking forward.
Deb mentioned that with her "newcomers" perspective, she is "enlightened and encouraged" to see customers "excited" reaction to SYSF's products.

JL

p.s. FWIW, don't forget, SYSF has NOT lost any customers.
