I think it is a very strong sign that Viatel has held on to most of its recent gains in the last two days where most tech stocks were hit pretty hard. One thing that concerns me is that this company is 31% held by institutions, any comments? Usually anything over 30% held by institutions is considered to be overheld.

Any info is appreciated
