S-3 filed 2/4/98, 612,740 shares registered for sale. freeedgar.com The only insider sell is James Gerson (director) Seemed like only small portion of these shares has been absorbed since filing. PRO: they must know the stock is going higher, so they hold up. CON: big overhead supply waiting to unload.
