A couple of quick hi lights 1. 108 rigs out of a possible 114 being used. 2. most of their acquisitions took place in the second half of 1997. I don't think their full potential has been realized yet. 3. The company has 46 million in working capital. PTEN has 75.5 million in current asset with 201.7 million in total assets compared to 29 million in current liabilities with a total liabilities of 53 million. These numbers were from the end of 1997. I would think these numbers would bode well for the stock. What do you think Mike? Cary
