<< I may have heard this wrong and I beg you to correct me, but I'm pretty sure that the conference call stated that Osicom had shipped some Gigamux's to Brooks Fiber for deployment. There was a whole big confusion when this question was asked, but I thought someone on management said that Brooks was going to be pay for them in a timely manner. Something like that? Was I hearing things? >>

Your damn right there was confusion. I was confused as well so I listened a second time. Osicom was trying to figure out how to choose their words carefully because they want you to believe one thing but they don't want to be legally liable for what they say. In the summary that they read when they started off the CC they made no mention of BFPT deployment. That's probably because there is no deployment. What they did say was that Gigamux made BFPT's approved list. They seemed awfully confident about that. If Gigamux's were actually being used in their network you have to believe that this would be the first thing rolling off their lips. They would be going ape s--- telling the world. Notice when it came time to talk about RTC they clearly came out and used the word "deployment" or "deployed". They didn't speak the same way about BFPT.

Later on when people asked specific questions about BFPT shipments and revenues management stammered and stuttered and backtracked. You heard it as well as I did so I'm not imagining things. Osicom has probably "shipped" some Gigamux's for evalutions and for testing, for a nominal fee. That way technically they could say that they have been shipped. Technically some Gigamux's might be "deployed" in trials but that is not the deployment that Wall St. is referring to when they ask. Like I said when it comes to the bare facts you always hear a long silence and then some stuttering by FIBR before you get an answer.

They are constantly using variances in language to give the impression that they want. I see right through it. A perfect example is the NASA issue that the JP Morgan analyst wouldn't leave alone. I can guarantee you that I can go back through this thread and find posts from all the regular posters here who were salivating at the prospects of NASA being a paying customer. That's what you were all led to believe or that is the conclusions that you drew.

Now you find out that you were either sorely misinformed or decieved. Take your pick.

I just dare one of you to ask me to go find posts where people who are considered to be the reliable sources were talking about NASA as a potential revenue source. Now we know why FIBR carefully chose the words "up and running" in their press releases.

Wake up people these schemes aren't too hard to understand. It just takes a little common sense.
