In mid-January I ran across a white paper on MilliCent at:

millicent.digital.com

I sent an e.mail about it to Steven Sprague at the wavesys.com address listed on the corporate web site. I did not hear back. I've had better luck with his address at sprague.com. Still, I should direct such inquiries to David Collins.

So, to David and the thread community: Does anyone know whether MilliCent is more than just an electronic payment solution?
