This class action suit will only drain the company of cash. It is a gold mine for lawyers. The only thing that this suit might do for the stockholders is light a fire under the management of GNU and HXG. If they will redouble their efforts at Stenpad and find the gold that is apparently there it will go a long way towards appeasing these stockholders. If a large find occurs it will drive the price of the stock back up and everyone will be happy again. Use the cash for exploration of gold not exploitation of the company. I have lost a bunch also, they only way I will regain my loss is through stock appreciation, not through legal depreciation of the company.
