To All:

I was talking to a broker yesterday who has a substantial holding in KRY for his clients. He hinted that he has sold some stock in the last couple of days but only the shares that were margined, they were bought at 4.00 and sold at 6.00 (who could blame him). He's holding tough with the remaining shares and believes Asencio (SIC) could be making fraudulent claims concerning KRY.

I believe that if Asencio (sic) is wrong about KRY and knows it then he's so desperate and in so deep with his short position that he would even risk a potential lawsuit from KRY and his reputation in order to cover his short position before possibly the announcement is made.
(That's really desperate, if he truly believes that KRY does not have a legal claim then why broadcast it and why not just keep shorting it as it climbs for even a greater profit - the motive here is suspect).

I myself am still holding long, I would rather ride it down to a $1.00 if it goes that way then to miss out on a potential moonshot of $20 to $40 and a possible takeover - I've come this far and I'm standing by my guns.

Viper - do you know something that we don't know and you're desperate, like maybe something might be happening next Tuesday ?? Just asking.

Regards and Good Luck to All.
Steve
