SER: Because we are shareholders of a public company we have the right and the company has the DUTY to disclose material information about its operations (positive or negative) in a timely manner. I don't care about JJ's bodily functions, I do care about the company's operations and IMO opinion if the company cared about developing the confidence it will take to attract new money, it would anticipate the sorts of things we see people speculating about all the time on this thread and address them proactively. I own shares in other companies too and in my experience, I never get to the situation we find ourselves in with Naxos as there is a constant release of material information. I would suggest that Naxos can put the body in the field as you suggest and also keep the shareholders and the market current on developments with little extra effort. JLA
