All, From briefing.com: 08:50 ET Sun Microsystems (SUNW) 43 9/16: Issue indicated 1 3/8 points lower on a Bear Stearns downgrade from "buy" to "attractive." Believes weak Asia, combined with back-end loaded nature of its qtr, puts company in danger of missing earnings estimates. Looks like BS wants to issue an upgrade in a month or so...... Ben A.
