Jon and Norm,

I believe AVAL could release significant news anytime but I think they
are making a wise decision by listening to their attourney and letting
the stages of the loan progress as they don't want to put out a release that could be misleading to shareholders if something did hit
a snag. They are just as anxious to put out news as all of us but don't want to make themselves liable if something does go wrong with
the financing. I hear there are alot of positive things going on behind the scenes and some of them possibly can be released soon. I also have said many times before that this company I feel is going
to be a good short and long term investment and as they get this first
major acquisition that puts them in a good position to build from and
expand their markets. I have owned many penny stocks and know the volatility of how they trade and how mm's fondle with them. I have never
felt any more certain about a company succeeding at this stage than I
do about AVAL. This company should be around for a long time as Bernard once told me he felt they could get a 20-25% market share over
time in the kiosk heatlh and wellness marketplace. Hopefully we will
see some news out next week as these guys have been working very hard
to accomplish their goals and many long hours have been put in to move
the company forward. I know that many of us have been holding on since
last fall believing we would see developments move faster than they
have but it hasn't been because of lack of effort on their part as they are too finding that these things do take more time than they
themselves expected and especially financings regarding venture capital. I strongly feel we will see financing news this month.
