Tom: Tonto was working with a lawyer for both personal issues and on a class action possibility. The last time I spoke with him, his advice was not to get a bunch of lawyers in different parts of the country but to go with his (or agree on someone else). I agreed, but don't know the current status of his legal actions. I still believe that is the best approach, as his guy has a lot of history already researched. If it takes a little dough from all of us for a retainer, I think that is efficient and appropriate. Let's see what is happening with him. Regards, Carl
