Ken, what was the story behind Lou Sitaris (sp?)? As I recall, he was one of the first "real nays" claiming GIFS he owned restricted shares he wanted to sell and it was partly because of him that the deeper investigations started.

Why didn't MO just pay him off by recognizing the restricted shares and get him off GIFS back. There was a press release and everything.
I thing that Lou's presence, appearance, and situation was the beginning of the end.
