Steve, on OTC limit orders where your buy order is the ONLY published order at the inside bid (or sell at the inside ask) you are only filled at the discretion of the marketmakers ... is that correct? In other words, marketmakers can continue to keep a wide spread and not fill you so long as they execute the orders at whatever the appropriate inside price is.
