Hi Keith,

I heard a while ago that any decisions to purchase more land would be made by Esso and Berkley. I suspect both these companies would have the funds to purchase land in April.

Theoretically they could purchase the land on behalf of BEA-STF. Positive results(assuming they are positive) released after these land purchases would cause a surge in price for BEA-STF resulting in the exercising of the warrants(not to be confused with the rights). BEA-STF could at that point make their contribution towards the land deals.

Still does not help in answering whether one should exercise the rights at a premium to acquire the warrants.
