Have you written any custom scans that you'd miss if they were lost?
If so, at least consider copying those to a floppy now and then.

Some folks say you should backup everything regularly. I've always thought that it's easier to reinstall programs and OS. But I do have some data that I'd really miss if it was lost.

Everyone can make their own decisions on the tradeoffs of risk of data loss vs. cost and time to make backups. I just wanted to remind some who may not have thought about it, that there is a risk, however rare.
