Well, I am no expert on JSI, but I am a former Investment Advisor and a JSI stockholder. I know of no buyout rumors, but JSI's "book value" is about $4. Because of the type of company it is, any buyout would probably be somewhere in that vicinity. In any case, I think it is much more important that the new management show some turnaround in earnings. If they do so, some people will notice and the price will rise. I know I am not telling you anything you do not know, but I purchased more JSI when the stock fell into the low 1's because I felt that the thinly traded issue had oversold, as so many thinly ( and not so thinly) traded issues do when there is a problem. Best of luck!
