Harvey, my comments about not disturbing Mama Zayed were not directed toward you, but to others who might read my posting of her address and revelation that Mo's number can be found in directory assistance. My apologies if it sounded that in any way I thought you would do such a thing; I have found you to be a person of high values and would not offend you for anything.

There is a lot of therapeutic value in confronting those who have done you wrong. And while we're not looking for a closure, I definitely believe letters to Mo would make him think. I saw some redeeming qualities in him, and really do not believe he acted alone. However, it seems that he is the one getting most of the flack--possibly because he was the CEO.

At Mo's request, I went with Mama Zayed to meet with two of the best defense attorneys in this area. They agreed to represent him. They set a very reasonable retainer and promised to work out a deal with the Attorney General to have him turn himself in for a bond. They said that he would have to surrender his passport. These same attorneys represented a Korean national who fled Chattanooga on a Food Stamp fraud case. They got it worked out for this individual to return, surrender her passport, and get a bond.

To make a long story short, after everything was worked out--Mo wouldn't come through. So, I doubt letters from the investors would do anything. I know I have written him one telling how I felt he did me wrong; and I feel better about it now--I can deal with facts (now) and not with emotions.

Ken

P. S. Can you believe that as recent as this past summer that Mo
was still saying that he was coming back with proof that he
was not guilty and that he would rebuild GIFS?
