I personally remember seeing him twice on CNBC say with confidence that he was short INTC. I believe the first time was late last year when the stock was in the low 50's. The second time was more recent (June-July) when the stock was stuck in the low 70's. I have always had a certain amount of respect for JR but it is painfully clear that technology is not his area of expertise. Overall, I find him interesting.
