EDI has cancelled the stockholders meeting they were suppose to have on Nov. 6. They have made a proposal to the investors holding perferred shares to get them to drop the current lawsuits against the company. They did not state in the news release what they have proposed. The announcement was made Friday and the stock has started to climb. If I hear anything else will let you know.
