Andrew, I'm not sure what the exact details are. Perhaps someone with more expertise can clarify. The feeling I got was some kind of exchange for preferred stock. In any event, I think the purpose was to reduce the amount of the float, NOT to do the dreaded, I can't even type it out, rs. Personally, I think that they can get there without one, and so does the company. Also, I'm not sure, but wouldn't Firamada get grandfathered into the previous lower requirement? Not sure.
