First question I asked him was ,, Have ever been indicted or convicted for SEC violations ?
He said no..
Second was,, Have you ever defaulted on large debt ?
Again answer was no ..
I asked him,,, Why should I buy your shares,,,
He gave me a good logical answers...
I asked him why do you people spend more time reading SI than running a business,,
We talked more on other things,, like I said I will do my DD,, and will have people check out each and individual offices...
I will have more questions for him later,,
Today was just smelling him out,,, and I didnt find anything negative about his demeanor..
It will take a couple of days or a week most..
