.....Companies wishing to increase their per share price, will sometimes make a limited offering, for a specified period of time, selling common stock at a specific price (say $5) which includes a number of restricted warrants, which may be converted to common after a stated period of time. This was done, quite successfully by Cincinnati Microwave.

.....It is not a Reverse Split.

.....The downside is dilution of Earnings.
