Carl - Re: "I think that we will get 140 by year end, and that you are both overly pessimistic," I sincerely hope you are right - but Intel can't sell CPUs if people aren't lining up to buy PCs. Long term, they will but in the short term, it's a guessing game. Have a great vacation and I hope you return to better news on the Intel thread. Paul
