Craig has warned everyone about the dilution. Witz et. al. are famous for it.
Read what they said on the STGA thread (another Witz marvel) last year:

comimg along.

Have you noticed: latest 10Q: Shares out: 12,144,751 ( pre Split)

Latest YaHoo Profile on STGAD: Shares out: 4,570,000 (post split)
13,710,000 ( pre split number)

The shares just seem to appear from no where don't they??

That is 1,565,249 ( pre split) 521,750 ( post split) more shares in about 2 months or less.

What are your thoughts on that. IMO

They had amble time to get the stock price up to a buck besides
a reverse split. This is the second dam time they have pulled this in the past 2 years or so.

On reflection, I think the Barrons Article on FIBR which mentioned the same creeps were running STGA has plenty of truth to it.

If the earnings were going to be so F@#$ing great, why reverse.
The stock would have made a climb to a $1 on its own.

This is just Scott and the other bum's way to issue more friggen stock again. I have spoke with an investmant lawyer about filing suit again Saratoga to recoup damages. I suspect other shareholders will follow.

Their behavior over the past 2 years has been outrageous, egregious
and the Barrons Article was right on the money.

The Investment Banker MHMY would not be my first choice.

Good luck to all that own STGA. If my suit gets filed I will let you all know where and the details of the complaint.

Of course this is my opinion. Of course I am pissed. But after all my family and I have lost a great deal of money based on news and information that was, to be kind a little misleading.

IMO

Anyone long this stock should read the entire STGA thread. It will open your eyes.

Just my opinion.
