Some things ECGOF should do: - professionalize IR. NO RUMORS, NO "PENDING NEWS", just the facts. The facts in Eco's case speak for themselves. - ease Norris out as CFO. Get someone who can communicate the financial position of the company effectively, offer guidance, get reports out on time, and keep us and the analysts informed. If earnings are unpredictable, say so and give some reasons why, maybe give a ballpark range. We all know about tax rates, etc. - Mike, another road show. You need to regain some trust, which is hard to do. - keep makin' mo money, baby. No problem here. Thanks to Mike they are well positioned to keep rockin' and rollin' in the future. - How 'bout preannouncing Q1 results? Show that you're on the ball and are doing what you can to assuage the ruffled feathers out there. - make the big decisions on how to synergize DBCO into the fold. Let everyone know you have a plan in mind. just some random thoughts.
