I didn't read anything before the rec was issued. I generally sell the open with a 1/2 position. Asensio recs always generate selling, then the company denies and threatens to sue and the price retraces. I know you're a random walker, but I believe that there are predictable events in the market, and that people buy and sell for rational reasons for the most part, and as a result at least some market events are predictable. So far what I've dug up on KRY looks very dismal. They even do convertibles.
