Insiders at Arterial Vascular Sold Stock When Price Surged By Laura Saunders Egodigwe Summary: Seven officers and directors sold around 1.3 million shares valued at 71.3 million from Jan 8 to Feb 2 at $53.00 - $72.00 per share. Company officials couldn't be reached to comment. "The amount of selling increased rather dramatically as shares rose, and some of the insiders trimmed significant amounts from their holdings", says Bob Gabele, president of CDA/Investnet. "Their expectations may not be as high as those of some who are bidding the stock up".
