I'm confused, if this information was known why did the stock rise to such lofty levels, who was buying at 18? If management had six contracts postponed for 120 consultants (out of 1000?) that's like a 12% redeployment of resources. The stock may have been overvalued rather than oversold today. One analyst recommended holding, so guess we go with his recommendation?!
