Well Everybody, I just got off the phone w/Helen for the first time!! And

1. About 10 Fortune 500's (all names we know) have evalution units and are expected to come to a decision in a matter of weeks. One of them emailed a very lengthy message to Franklin telling them they want to try the units in other parts of the country and overseas.
1.A. Franklin gives plenty of time for companies to evaluate the
units given that these companies can put them on the map.
1.B. Small orders continue to come in by the week. Four units
were shipped this week with more to go next week.

2. Yesterday at the Expo, an exec of a major Fortune 500 said he will order some evaluation units. He promised that if they work as well as the demo model at the show, Franklin will get a VERY large order.

3. NASDAQ news is hopefully coming this very (YES! TODAY) afternoon.
3.A. Not being at $5.00 could be a deterrent unles NAZ gives us a
bit of latitude.
3.B. The worst that could happen is we go Small Cap and then pay
later (big bucks) to get Nat'l listing.
3.C. FTEL is well aware of the MM's manipulation and others that
have shorted the stock.

4. Meyerson is a problem with dumping shares on the market. They unloaded about 100,000 shares Monday and have 200,000 (maybe a little less) that they said they will hold until at least a week (but they've renegd on things they've said before.
4.A. Franklin has announcements hopefully coming out that will
counter-act the drag on the stock price by Meyerson.
4.B. Insiders (about 11 or 12 people) also own quite a few shares.

5. Business plans for the FNET IPO will be back from the printer this afternoon and will be dispersed to the investment bankers. We hope to hear back from them in the next several weeks.

Helen said the company is not just hopeful, but realistically optimistic regarding the next several weeks because of "what companies have reported back" to them. It's not all "just" high hopes. Hang on everyone, I know we hear all the time "good news is around the corner", but we're even closer now!!!!
