To Lewis and all-- I just got off the phone with Mike Millis. Quite a refreshing chat, let me tell you! Mike did a good job of answering my questions, so now I can relax, and not wonder what is going on behind the scenes. The Form 10 is a front burner item for CSMA. The holdup is necessary due to legal difficulties with a former company official. From what Mike told me, there are no long term troubles to expect from this lawsuit. We all know how convoluted the law system is. In the case of CSMA's Form 10, the law is definitely causing a holdup. And as Mike pointed out to me several times, we don't have the share price to get listed yet, so getting the Form 10 would accomplish very little towards getting CSMA listed on the AMEX or NASDAQ Small Cap boards. I am banishing this issue from my mind henceforth. Now to sit back and wait for the good news! Cheers! Rick
