Osicom said they had no current plans for a secondary. That would be another offering to the public. If you listen to the CC again they made absolutely no mention of not doing a private financing deal. They never said they wouldn't do a Reg D or Reg S.

When your dealing with these hucksters you have to listen to their words very carefully.
