Hi No! It looks like who ever was buying has stopped. It looks like they bought in a little each day during February. As They did not want to tip their hand and drive the price up. The first phase in their plan is now complete. Just IMO. If this company is going to rise again, news should be coming out soon. Just waiting Rod Simonian
