Yes. It's false.

Question: name one Zitel rumor that has ever proven to be true.

The whole point of this rumor was to artificially pump the stock while either:

a) The Cayman investors convert or
b) Insiders sell more shares

BTW, exactly what would a "buyout" of matridigm accomplish?
